NTR Projects Inc. is a Winnipeg-based commercial construction and interiors company serving Manitoba since 2000. We specialize in steel stud framing, insulation, drywall, taping, acoustic ceilings, painting and flooring, providing complete interior construction services for projects of all sizes.

Our experience spans commercial developments, hospitality, multi-family residential, retail, institutional and renovation projects. Our connection to construction goes back even further than NTR Projects. The Giannuzzi family’s construction legacy began when NTR owner Gino Giannuzzi’s father came to Canada from Italy and established a construction company of his own.

What began with one generation became a family tradition built on hard work, craftsmanship and pride in a job well done. Today, NTR Projects carries that tradition forward, combining generations of construction experience with the standards, relationships and expertise our clients rely on.

Over the years, NTR Projects has contributed to a wide range of projects throughout Winnipeg and Manitoba, including commercial developments, hotels, residential complexes, retail spaces, institutional facilities and major renovation projects.

Our work has included projects for and at locations such as Winpak, Fairmont Winnipeg, Princess Auto Stadium, Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and numerous other commercial properties throughout the city.
